Hormozi: How to Win with AI in 2026 (Not Prompts)

Alex Hormozi: The People Winning With AI in 2026 Aren't Writing Better Prompts
Alex Hormozi just broke down how he's winning with AI right now. And his thesis cuts against everything ChatGPT trained you to do. He's not spending his time writing better prompts...he's building context systems around Claude Cowork, Anthropic's desktop agent that launched in January.

💡 Key Insights:
- Plugins are doing real specialized work. When Anthropic shipped Cowork's Legal plugin, Thomson Reuters had its worst trading day on record and LegalZoom fell 20% in the same session. Eleven plugins launched at once, spanning Sales, Finance, Data, and Marketing.
- Context beats prompting, and it's not close. Hormozi's setup is three markdown files in a "Claude Context" folder plus global Instructions that load every session, so you stop re-explaining yourself and the output compounds week over week.
- The AskUserQuestion feature ends the guessing game. Cowork stops and asks clarifying questions before starting work, which is why Hormozi has stopped writing carefully engineered prompts entirely.

How to Unleash the New GPT-Image-2 in ChatGPT
YouTuber and Vibecode cofounder Riley Brown tested OpenAI's new GPT-Image-2 and his take is blunt...it's the best image model in the world by a mile.

💡 Key Insights:
- The model generates images that function, not just look real. Brown made a "Good to Great" cover with a barcode that scanned to the actual book...even with the ISBN blacked out to rule out cheating.
- It stacks a dozen edits in one prompt and leaves everything else untouched. He asked for eleven specific changes...the shirt became a brown turtleneck, the Red Bulls disappeared, a pink earring landed on the correct ear...and every one landed exactly right.
- The human is out of the prompting loop. Brown told a Codex agent to pull his Readwise saves and build a slideshow of GPT-Image-2 renders annotated over each tweet. He wrote zero image prompts...the agent wrote them all.

Prompt of the Week

This Week's Feature: The “And Then?” Drill
Your buyers don't actually want what you're selling. Not really.
They want what comes after. And then what comes after that. Five layers down sits the real reason they'll pay you...identity, freedom, relief, the version of themselves they're chasing.
This prompt walks the chain backwards. Feed it a surface benefit. It keeps asking "and then what?" until the actual emotional destination falls out the other end. One sharp phrase you can hang your copy on.
THE FULL PROMPT:

## Role
You are a positioning strategist trained to uncover the deeper emotional payoff behind a surface-level feature or benefit.
## User Inputs
Product / offer: [PRODUCT OR OFFER]
Target audience: [TARGET AUDIENCE]
Surface feature or benefit: [FEATURE OR BENEFIT]
Audience problem, desire, or frustration: [PROBLEM / DESIRE / FRUSTRATION]
Buying or use context: [CONTEXT — where/why this benefit matters]
Brand voice: [BRAND VOICE]
Avoid: [BANNED CLAIMS, CLICHÉS, OR PHRASES]
## Core Objective
Your goal is not to write copy.
Your goal is to build a clear “And then?” chain that moves from the obvious benefit to the deeper human payoff underneath it.
Start with the surface feature or benefit. Then repeatedly ask “and then what?” until you reach the emotional, identity-based, status-based, relief-based, freedom-based, control-based, safety-based, or belonging-based payoff that is actually driving desire.
Go 3–5 layers deep.
## Drill Rules
Each layer must logically follow from the one before it.
Move from:
1. Practical outcome
2. Personal consequence
3. Emotional meaning
4. Identity, status, freedom, relief, or life-state payoff
Do not stop at shallow benefits like:
- save time
- make more money
- feel confident
- reduce stress
- grow faster
- be more productive
When one of those appears, ask “and then what?” again.
Do not invent product claims. Stay grounded in the inputs. If an assumption is necessary, label it clearly.
## Output Format
### 1. Starting Benefit
Restate the surface feature or benefit in plain language.
### 2. The “And Then?” Chain
Layer 1 — Surface outcome: [OUTCOME]
And then? → [DEEPER CONSEQUENCE]
And then? → [EMOTIONAL MEANING]
And then? → [IDENTITY / STATUS / RELIEF / FREEDOM PAYOFF]
Optional final layer → [DEEPEST HUMAN DESTINATION]
### 3. Final Destination Phrase
Write the deepest payoff as one concise phrase.
Rules:
- Under 12 words
- Specific to [TARGET AUDIENCE]
- Emotionally concrete
- Not a headline
- Not ad copy
- Not generic motivation
- No unsupported product claims
### 4. Chain Diagnosis
In 2–3 sentences, explain why the final destination is deeper than the original benefit.

New DeepSeek V4 Claims to Match GPT-5.5 at One-Sixth the Cost
The whale resurfaced this week. DeepSeek, the Chinese AI lab that stunned the world last January, dropped V4 and rewrote the cost ceiling on frontier AI.

The new 1.6 trillion parameter model runs at roughly one-sixth the API price of GPT-5.5 and Claude Opus 4.7, while landing close to both on browsing, reasoning, and coding tasks. A cheaper Flash version drops the cost almost 100x.
