AI Engineer Reveals the 55-Syllable Trick That Makes Long AI Videos Actually Sound Human
Tyler Vu just dropped a breakdown on creating realistic long-form AI talking head videos. What stood out...
The pacing problem nobody talks about: Most AI videos feel robotic because people either cram too much script into each generation (character talks too fast) or too little (painfully slow). Vu's fix? Break your script into 55-60 syllable chunks. Never mid-sentence. This keeps pacing consistent when you stitch clips together.

Make it ugly on purpose: The mannequin look kills believability. His prompts include micro-pores, natural oils, 2-day stubble, fingerprint smudges on the lens. Real iPhone footage isn't clean.
Audio's the biggest tell: ElevenLabs sounds too polished. He recommends Adobe Podcast for cleaning raw AI audio, or Resemble AI for voice swaps that don't scream synthetic.
DeepL's CMO Says Marketers Are Still Thinking Too Small About AI
Steve Rotter has taken companies public, sold to Adobe, and now runs marketing at a $2B AI translation company. His take on where marketers are missing the boat with AI is worth paying attention to...
Stop thinking in single interactions: Most teams use AI for one-off tasks. Rotter wants "swarm" thinking... generate that blog post for 20 personas across different industries at once.
AI changes jobs, not headcounts: Good marketers use AI to increase capacity... his team runs bi-weekly showcases where someone demos a new workflow they've built.
Brand is back: You can spin up products in hours now. Speed isn't the differentiator anymore... brand is.

#NEW PROBLEM DEFINITION
Only include problems that match all of these:
- They did not exist in a meaningful way for this audience before ~2024, or they existed but became acute due to new conditions in ~2024–2026.
- They are specific and situational, not generic business pain.
- They create real cost/risk: money, time, stress, compliance exposure, lost revenue, lost trust, or operational failure.
- They are relevant to my region and my buyer role.
#OUTPUT REQUIRMENTS
Uncover 10 new problems. For each problem, include:
1) Problem name (short + punchy)Who it hits (which subsegment of my audience)
2) The scenario (a realistic 2–4 sentence description of how it shows up in daily life)
3) The underlying emotion (the real one, even if they might not admit it)
4) Why this is new (2024–2026 trigger) (platform change, AI adoption, regulation, privacy shift, labor market, customer expectations, etc.)
5) The hidden cost (what it silently breaks or makes expensive)
6) What they’re trying instead (and why it fails)
7) Signal words they use (3–6 phrases they might literally say)
###FORMATTING RULES
- Use clear headings and bullets.Do not use JSON, tables in code blocks, or any programming-style output.Avoid repeating the same idea with different wording.
#PRIORITIZE WHAT MATTERS MOST
After listing all problems, add:
A) “Top 10 most urgent in 2026”
#SANITY CHECK
Before you finalize, run these checks and revise:
-Newness check: Is this truly new since ~2024 for this market? If not, delete it.
-Specificity check: Could this apply to literally any business? If yes, make it more specific or delete it.
-Causality check: Did you clearly name what changed in 2024–2026?
-Non-overlap check: Are any two problems basically the same? Merge or remove duplicates.
-Relevance check: Does it connect to my offer type and audience reality?
Then present the final 10 problems.
